Tobias Graml is a PhD candidate at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zürich (ETH Zürich), Switzerland and works as a Senior Researcher at the Bits to Energy Lab. Before he worked as an IT Specialist at the IBM Pacific Development Center in Vancouver, Canada. Tobias obtained a M.Sc. (Diplom-Informatiker Univ.) in computer science and business studies from Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, Germany in 2006. His diploma thesis focused on business process modelling patterns that utilize business rules to enable dynamic Business Processes. He won the ‘Best Student Paper Award’ with a paper about agile Business Process at the EDOC 2007.
During his studies he received a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service, studied at University of Queensland, Australia and worked at BMW and the German Aero Space Center.
