Dr. Kristina Flüchter completed her PhD studies at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH Zurich) at the Department of Management, Technology, and Economics and worked as a senior researcher at the Bosch Internet of Things & Services Lab, a cooperation of the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and Bosch.

Before joining the Bosch IoT Lab, Kristina worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group for more than three years. During her time at BCG, she supported clients notably in the telecommunications and insurance industries in Switzerland as well as abroad on a range of topics, including strategic, organizational and operational projects.

Kristina holds an MA (HSG) in Strategy and International Management from the University of St. Gallen, as well as a BA (Hons) in European Business from the University of Portsmouth and a Diploma in European Business from the University of Applied Sciences Münster. In the context of her studies she also gathered practical experience working with DaimlerChrysler UK Ltd, TBWA\ and hülsta.

• Technology-based innovation in the electric bicycle (e-bike) industry
• Digital innovation in the insurance industry
